Excellent IT Service Solutions Organisation are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their company. Successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and support for the range of products and services. Example of responsibilities:- Log and resolve first line Customer Service Fault calls, resolution and appropriate escalation of reported faults. Escalating calls as per Internal procedure. Assist in data gathering required for new customers. Skills & Experience:- Excellent communication skills; Written and verbal IT Skills - Microsoft min 6 months experience in telephone based role Please note its strong customer services skills they are seeking and the successful candidate does not need to come from an IT services background - FULL training provided.
