The Company A successful, progressive thinking , global and established company The Role Key Duties The Role Degree Educated - Customer Experience Administration Coordinator - work with pioneering technology, and will be tasked with organising and training a team of presenters and content developers, managing system functionality and content, and overseeing the end-to-end Customer experience during visits to the Centre. Assist with Project co -ordination Manage end to end to customer experience coordination Organise meetings, diary and travel Adhoc administration support to team members Draft and manage content for websites Would either suit someone recently completed their seeking a customer support role - with varied duties or an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator Key Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications or training Customer-facing experience STEM Bachelor's degree (desirable) Experience with technology implementation (desirable) Experience in managing projects and coordinating teams (desirable) An interest in technology, particularly new and innovative ones, trends and the digital world Be available to commute to - Staines Be available immediately - (desirable) Car owner driver (desirable) If you have not heard within 5 working days unfortunately you have not been successful on this occasion
