You will work on a range of M&A and ECM transactions as part of a highly collegiate Corporate team which attracts consistently good quality work across a wide range of sectors. There is no 'face time' culture here. Instead you will get genuine support from both Partners and other senior lawyers who will spend time on mentoring and development for you. Applications are welcomed from Corporate lawyers with a minimum of 1PQE qualified in England & Wales, Ireland, Scotland or another common law jurisdiction such as New Zealand or Australia.
