Job Title: Corporate Paralegal Salary: £32,000 Location: Central London Ambitious, boutique law firm are looking for a corporate paralegal to join their expanding corporate and commercial team with the long term view of offering a training contract. If you have at least 12 months’ experience in corporate or commercial work and haven’t yet secured your training contract, this is the ideal role for you. Our client are looking to take on a paralegal to join their highly regarded team in a full fee earning capacity and assist on a wide variety of transactional work. They have a truly international portfolio dealing with an interesting array of corporate clients in the UK and Worldwide. You should be comfortable handling complex matters efficiently and have an excellent eye for detail as well as the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced level of work and in line with deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who has gained at least 12 month’s experience in corporate, has completed the LPC (or, if studying part time, will have completed in the next 12 months) and who has excellent academics to join a progressive and dynamic law firm. They may also consider a paralegal with very strong commercial litigation experience who is looking to make the move into a corporate role. Exceptional prospects for an ambitious paralegal.
