JOB TITLE: IP Litigation Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 4 years PQE LOCATION: Bristol SALARY: £60,000 - £80,00 OVERVIEW OF ROLE: A top 50 law are looking to continue the successful expansion of their intellectual property department by making a number of key hires. This team is well known for the exceptional intellectual property advice they provide to a number of global brands, and the successful IP Litigation Solicitor will work on a caseload of complex and interesting IP disputes. REQUIREMENTS: It is essential that that the IP Litigation Solicitor has a strong academic background and has gained at least four years of experience at either a leading firm or niche IP practice. The ability to handle a busy caseload is important and the IP Litigation Solicitor should demonstrate a tenacious and resilient nature. Our client is looking for applicants to display solid commercial acumen and a detailed knowledge of litigation processes and IP law.
