Second Step is a leading mental health charity in the South West offering housing, support and hope to thousands of people with mental health and other problems. Senior Partnership Manager Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent post Salary: £33,297 - £37,459 per annum Location: Combination of home working, Brunswick Square and other team locations across Bristol This exciting and unique post of Senior Partnership Manager involves working within the Bristol Community Mental Health Services, which is delivered by a consortium of voluntary and community organisations (VCS) working with Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP). Together as a Partnership we strive to ensure that everyone in Bristol receives the treatment and support they need to takes control of their mental health and lead fulfilling lives, delivered through a range of specialist mental health teams; Assessment and Recover, Crisis and Early Intervention and through the Second Step managed Bristol Wellbeing College. The Senior Partnership Manager plays a key role, developing the partnership between AWP and Second Step and the other Voluntary and Community Partners. Areas of responsibility include, developing and achieving performance targets, maintaining strong partnership working practices across services with staff, volunteers, service users and carers, reviewing service quality, developing innovative service delivery, management of service budgets, managing identified line reports and performance reporting to Second Step and commissioners. We are looking for someone whom is passionate about recovery and support for people who experience mental health difficulties. You will be dedicated to partnership working to achieve the highest possible quality of service delivery to the people who use these services, in line with the values of Second Step and Bristol Community Mental Health Services.
