The Role This Top 30 firm are looking for a Restructuring and Insolvency Senior Associate to join their well renown Marine and International Trade department in their City of London office. The Restructuring and Insolvency practice is a multijurisdictional well recognised name in the UK, Asia and Asia-Pacific. They advise on all issues arising in connection with corporate distress and insolvency in a variety of jurisdictions. The group acts for all stakeholders including banks and other financial institutions, office holders, corporates, pension trustees and directors. They advise on the full spectrum of R&I matters from Non-contentious debt restructurings, general advisory mandates including advice on corporate insolvency regimes, to Insolvency Litigation. This firm are listed in many accolades for their Insolvency and Restructuring work, you will be advising on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency on behalf of all stakeholders involved. You will be given a lot of responsibility giving you every opportunity to progress working alongside leading individuals. You will have exposure to a vast array of International clients and cross boarder matters. The Requirements You will be a Restructuring and Insolvency with at least 5 years PQE (There is no upper limit for the level of PQE and more senior candidates will be taken into account for a senior position) You will be currently working within a City or International practice. Worked within a respectable Restructuring and Insolvency department Fluent in other languages (Desirable but not essential) You will receive a competitive salary and along with an excellent remuneration package.
