Overview
Corporate Paralegal (3-6 months) REMOTE WORKING CONTRACT Our client, a London based law firm with an international reach, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the department during a busy period. The role will involve working closely with one of the firm's Corporate Solicitors on large company sales. Day to day duties will include drafting ancillary documents and due diligence. In order to be successful, you will have The ability to work from home (WiFi and laptop/computer) Previous experience working as a Paralegal in a Corporate department of a mid-sized firm Experience drafting ancillary documents Excellent administration and organisation skills This is a full-time, temporary role with a friendly, collegiate firm. For an ambitious and hard-working Paralegal there will be possibility of a permanent contract upon completion of a temporary contract.
