Overview

Hi, All you amazing people I hope you and your familes are well and staying safe and indoors-hopefully not going crazy :) So, me and my business partner, are looking for a 3rd co-founder. We are 2 young-ish guys in their mid-twenties and have had previous startups before. We're at the stage where we feel a 3rd co-founder, who has the knowledge and some experience within branding and social media would be great. At this stage, for the first time since the recession, being and running a company is not sexy, it's borderline stupid, as safety overrules risk. So just to add, yes experience in something would be great, but now is the time for high-risk high reward game. I come from a more business development background and would love to implement some strategies and would love to connect with that individual.  More about us and what we are looking for. This is not a paid co-founder role, you have to be working full time, part-time or doing your own thing, this is on the side. We are trying hopefully to grow the company organically and we have had small success which is super amazing for us For us, as we are two guys, we would love to bring a mid twenties or older/younger gal, who connects with us and just enjoys a relaxed environment. For us, it's all about the learning curve, we make mistakes, and so what? In this startup world, and our bubble, we take them with happiness and learn from them. We will, allow you to execute on all your fun ideas and that's what we want. Someone who resonates with us, and not just termed our co-founder, we would like to be good friends, heck, if this startup fails, join us again, because wait till you hear our story Our journey is damn exciting, and I want everyone who reads this, to thinkwell I would like to be apart of that journey. Our Small Requirements :) We live in London, and that is one of our requirements, due to us wanting to meet here and there. We're Old school, and I enjoy a phone call and zoom meeting, but meeting and even working together, you can see the real us Genuinely hear for the long term- this may deter people, look we ain't here to raise billions of dollars. We feel what we have can make money without raising, and we have had concepts we were close to raising. We're not scared to go with our gut feeling, and we want transparency from everyone. So yes, a good long term mentality, none of that, 'let's sell a course and live in Bali' mentalityNo-I do want to go bali one day btw Lastly, just be relaxed and be honest with us. If you have experience with branding, and social media from a b2c perspective that would be wow If you don't that's cool, but if that's what you want to do, and see yourself doing this Our Company We have a company in the B2B/B2C space; quite vague I know, but the way I see it, is more B2C, but there is a few financial models, which interline with everything. I prefer B2C, and yeah it's fun I'll go more into detail, once I respond to emails FinallyWe made it people So yes, send us your CV(the cover letter is more important because I can see will we all click and that edges over anything), and a short response. No copy and paste cover letters I beg of you please I would prefer one/two lines over a boring copy and pasted cover letter. Thanks and I can't wait for the responses
