TLDR Guider is hiring for a VP Product/CPO with a hybrid UX experience for our B2B SaaS platform as we transition into scale-up. Joining Guider’s leadership team, you will expect a varied role but will ultimately be responsible for owning the product as well as product strategy and management. You will act as the intersection between engineering, product, CS, Sales and Marketing. As part of the product long term strategy, you will work with the management team to identify adjacent markets to explore. Experience hiring design and engineering teams are essential. Lastly, It will be advantageous if you have strong UX experience and storytelling.   About you. 6 years min experience in Product Management. 3 years having previously in a B2B SaaS startup. 4 years hiring Design and Engineering teams A strong network Great understanding or experience in software engineering. Entrepreneurial and proactive A storyteller, ability to make complex ideas become simple, yet also be a big picture thinker. Data-Driven, naturally curious.
