Overview

Churchill Howard are working with a large listed international business based in Birmingham to recruit for a Finance Analyst for their UK Head Office team. For a 12 month maternity cover, this contract supports in driving business performance through accurate provision calculations, forecasting and analysis of budgets. In a company which promotes progression and within a large finance team split by departments - there is a potential for a permanent opportunity following the contract. Key responsibilities include: Supporting operational stakeholders through effective analysis and reporting Co-ordinate business planning and reporting cycle - in budgeting, outlooks and forecasts Providing challenge to senior stakeholders - having the credibility and confidence to influence Ensure the information on which decisions are made is accurate and representative Provide calculations for royalties payable, lease projections and support in accounting for provisions Support the Finance Director in measuring KPIs on asset performance Key requirements: Qualified accountant / Part - Qualified / QBE Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong IT skills including Excel to an advanced level You will be offered an excellent remuneration package and an enviable benefits package - alongside a culture the employer is deservedly proud of.
