Our client, a highly successful accountancy practice, is seeking a confident and organised Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading accountancy firm for someone with previous experience within a Secretarial role, who has strong audio typing skills. This Secretary position is based in the City of London and hours of work will be 9 am - 5 pm - with some requirement to work beyond this when necessary. The main responsibilities for this Secretary are: Diary management Arranging internal and external meetings and calls Answering phones and screen/ transfer calls Typing/ formatting/ proof reading documents Audio typing/ digital dictation Organise travel and prepare expense claims We are looking for Secretary's who have: Previous Secretarial experience within an accountancy environment Advanced MS Office skills Accurate proof reading and audio typing / digital dictation skills The ability to communicate effectively at all levels The ability to work with strong attention to detail, grammar and spelling The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload May & Stephens Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
