Join us to find out. What you’ll do: Use your management and sales experience to get the best from you team. Coach and manage your sales team to achieve their sales targets. Ask questions and challenge the norm. Continually looking for ways to improve performance and processes to get the best from your team and provide the best service for our customers. Be an advocate for integrity and customer service. Mentor and train your team to put customer first and sell with integrity. Communication is key. Build relationships with your team, internal stakeholders and partner with other teams to ensure a best in class experience for our customers. A strong team focus. Train and develop your team to be their best. Make sure your team is up to date with the most relevant information through regular team meetings and check ins.
