Overview
Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer - To £45K Fit-out, it's a bit like Marmite you either love or hate it. If you are the type of Electrical Building Services Engineer who thrives in a fast paced environment and loves the commercial office fit-out, then this opportunity is for you. Working closely with the Electrical Associate, you'll design the electrical services on large scale, high profile commercial office projects and improve their building performance. You will be given the opportunity to start leading projects, assisting with fees and also mentoring less experienced engineers and see projects through from feasibility, construction and post occupancy. You'll use your communication and influencing skills to deal directly with clients and contractors and manage your own time effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines. If you have at least three years' experience in building services, a good attitude, are awrae of BCO guides and enjoy working of all types of commercial office projects (Base build, CAT A, CAT B and shell and core) then please get in touch.
