If those numbers weren’t impressive enough we also placed 195th in the Sunday Times BDO Profit Track and are the highest ranked Welsh-based company in the list The Role: In this role you will provide customer service to ATM users and owners, alarm monitoring, technical troubleshooting and fault resolution for the whole of the ATM estate. This role will include monitoring our ATM estate throughout the night to proactively respond to alarm activations, as well as any fraudulent activities on our ATM. You will also look for any technical ATM or telecom issues and any scheduled maintenance that may be required. You will also take inbound customer calls and perform analysis on the availability of the ATM estate using our bespoke in-house software. The Right Candidate: The successful applicant will need to have a confident personality and like solving problems, with the ability to keep calm in difficult situations e.g. when handling alarm activations. They should be comfortable communicating at all levels within the company, have strong interpersonal skills, be very self-motivated and have a logical approach to problem solving with the ability to get things done. Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel would also be an advantage. Full on the job training will be given to the successful applicant. In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to: Maintaining impeccable customer service as the first point of contact for NoteMachine customers, striving for all contact with customers to result in a satisfied customer; Active monitoring of in-house alarm systems; Controlling the NoteMachine Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) night ‘out of hours’ function; Handling ATM alarm activations and tasks relating to the ARC in a timely and efficient manner; Liaising with relevant security/police authorities. Basic router configuration; Maintenance of telecommunication networks, identifying issues, reporting, rectifying and providing timely updates to the business. Taking calls from engineers and other departments to support resolution of technical issues. Daily spreadsheet work. Ensure the effective operation of the out-of-hours technical customer services helpdesk; ATM Availability – Analyse and amend ATM downtime data using our bespoke internal system to enable the business to report on how available the customers ATMs were in any given month.
