Overview
Senior Gas Officer - Install and Servicing - Birmingham - Perm Job Your new company You will be working as a Senior Gas Officer across an estate of Social Housing properties. Your new role As Senior Gas Officer you will be responsible for managing the in house gas team and all the installations of boilers and central heating systems. You will maintain the Gas Safe registrations and promote gas safety across the estate. You will be the lead on all gas related statutory compliance, and also plan, schedule and deliver the gas servicing programme and any repair works that needs to be actioned. This role will be 37 hours per week. What you'll need to succeed You should have significant experience in gas servicing, inspection and compliance in both a domestic and commercial setting. You should have managerial experience as well as experience in budget and capital management. You must also hold recognised gas qualifications. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of between £36000 and £39000 per annum, and the chance to work for a great organisation who really value their staff.
