Overview
Permanent Quantity Surveyor role, Derbyshire, High end volume housing, Competitive salary regional growth Your new company You will be working for an established residential builder who have offices across the UK. The organisation have a fantastic track record of delivering both medium and large volume, high quality residential dwellings. The sites range from 3,4 and 5 bedroom houses. Due to regional expansion my client are now seeking a permanent Quantity Surveyor to join their ranks. Your new role You will be working out of the Derbyshire office reporting to the Commercial Manager. You will be managing up to 3 sites simultaneously The volume of the sites will range from 80 to 200 units. You will be compiling and reviewing budgets, completing CVR's, dealing with subcontractor variations, processing payments and procuring subcontract packages. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you will have a minimum of HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying. You will also have experience of working as Quantity Surveyor in the private volume residential new build sector. You will be a proactive and dedicated individual with a commercial flair.
