Your responsibilities will include (not limited to); dilapidations, professional works such as, surveys, fire insurance valuations and schedules of condition, in addition to some project work. You will work on varied commercial works including, industrial, retail and offices. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you will be a driven MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with relevant experience.
