Senior Surveyor - Property Management - Birmingham Your new company In your new job role you will be working for a leading global property firm as a Senior Surveyor within the corporate Real Estate Management Team based in Birmingham. Your new role In your new job role you will be working as part of an excellent, experienced and supportive team. Your core responsibilities will include; providing existing corporate occupier clients with full property management services that meet their expectations, ensure cost effective operational running of allocated site, liaison with clients and 3rd parties i.e. landlords and their agents to ensure uninterrupted use of the client's premises, effectively acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenant, identify and drive through cost savings for corporate occupiers. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you will be passionate about developing and progressing your career as well as having up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management and demonstrable technical competence in property management. In addition to this you will be a MRICS Chartered Surveyor with a general practice background for or within either a corporate, public sector or private practice.
