Associate Landscape Architect
Overview
Hays have taken on a requirement for an Associate Landscape Architect. The role is business critical, and identified within the company as part of their long term growth, the vacancy remains live, with facilities for remote interviewing and on-boarding. The role is for a large market-leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, with a major central London based team of 200 people, including Architects, Surveyors, Project Managers, Planners and other construction professionals. They have a varied mixture of work, including commercial, infrastructure, health and residential projects; often of significant scale and highly complex. The landscape team in London is around 10 people, although due to the nature of their projects you would often work in larger project teams, across disciplines. They are seeking an ambitious, experienced and chartered professional. You will be able to demonstrate project running of led design projects, showing exceptional communication skills, high levels of organisational ability and strong relationship building at all levels; both outside the organization and within a large internal structure. You will also be a well-networked individual, able to slot in to the management team using your network to generate opportunity for the business. This is a key role within the organisations landscape design offering; high calibre candidates will be rewarded with a clear path to further personal and career development. Interviews will be carried out online, typically over skype or a similar platform.
