Overview
Customer Service Advisors required for Middleton area Paragon Meed are proud to working in partnership with for one of the leading high streets sports fashion retailers. They are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors in the Middleton area (Stakehill Industrial Estate). You will have previous experience working within a Customer Service Advisor role. This is a fantastic opportunity with room of progress within this rapidly expanding company. Immediate start date’s Day to day duties will include; · Dealing with customer queries via the telephone and email. · Speaking to customer’s via live chat on the website. · Problem solving. · Provide customer’s specific information regarding products · Providing customers with solutions in a timely and professional manner.
