Overview
Are you a data professional? Are you looking for part time home based work? Cochrane is a health research charity which encourages voluntary participation. They reward voluntary contributions through their membership scheme, which is managed by their CRM membership database. They are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Membership Engagement and Data Specialist (2 days a week) to their remote team. This role will be responsible for, and act as the first point of contact, for this system with the IT partner. You will support with any technical support issues that arise all the way through to planning any major developments with the IT partner. You will also act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and will ensure that the membership database meets the needs of the Cochrane community in terms of membership engagement, recognition of participation, communications and integration with their other technical systems. The successful candidate will be someone with demonstrable experience using CRM systems, preferably in a membership organisation. You will have strong understanding of communication systems such as MailChimp as well as the ability to conduct any necessary analysis with data from the CRM. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate complex issues to a wide variety of stakeholders. Experience of working within an organisation that works with volunteers in desirable. Given the nature of the role, the interviews will be held via video call and on-boarding will be held remotely.
