My client based in Worcester is looking for a Clinical Lead to join a well established Nursing and Residential Care Home in the heart of Kidderminster. The home is dedicated to creating a supportive community offering an excellent standard of care, independence and dignity, privacy and freedom. Holding the Dementia Care Standard Award for the past 3 years and having dedicated facilities to support Dementia sufferers, this home sets itself apart from others in the area. The role includes dedicated supernumery hours, a competitive hoSlugy rate and 5 weeks paid holiday per year. You will need a relevant nursing qualification and current NMC PIN. We are looking for a candidate with previous care experience with MS clients and elderly care in a care centre setting, a solid understanding of CQC requirements and excellent communication skills.
