Overview
Are you an experienced Deputy Manager who has a passion for Dementia care? Maybe you are an existing Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse who is looking for the next step up? My lovely client is looking for passionate, talented RGN or RMN qualified leaders to join their team at their home in Kidderminster which cares for 38 elderly residents living with Dementia. As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Home by leading the clinical and care teams to deliver the highest standards of care, putting residents at the heart of what you do. As Deputy Manager, you will be required to work 12 hour shifts and be flexible to cover on call duties. You will have a good understanding of CQC requirements, be passionate, warm and love what you do.
