Overview
I am looking for an ambitious, energetic and committed Clinical Lead for one of my wonderful clients in Kidderminster. Maybe you are an existing Clinical Lead who is looking for a new challenge, or a Deputy Manager who is looking to be more hands onor maybe you are an experienced Nurse with leadership experience who is looking for the next step on the career ladder and ready for more responsibility. Whatever your situation, this is an exciting time to be joining my client which has just seen a huge investment and refurbishment across the group and is offering opportunity for career progression and excellent training and development. This Clinical Lead role is 10 hours supernumery and 30 hours on the floor working hands on with residents and alongside your team delivering the best quality care and working to CQC guidelines. Registered for 58 service users, this site provides nursing care for residents with Dementia, physical disability and sensory impairment. We are looking for an RGN with current PIN and experience working in a similar environment.
