I have a fantastic opportunity for a key role in a BRAND NEW nursing home in Worcester. We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and ambitious Clinical Deputy Manager to join a wonderful Home Manager and a newly established team in a state of the art facility offering residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 65 residents. This wonderful site is the latest addition to an award winning group of care homes and boasts a hair salon, cinema and bustling cafe. This vacancy presents a really exciting opportunity for the right candidate to put their stamp on and help shape the home and the team. We are looking for an established Deputy Manager who has good tenures in homes of a similar size, or a Deputy Manager who feels they have outgrown their current post and has a lot more to offer. This could be a great addition to the CV of an individual looking to progress to a Registered Manager role and could provide the platform to professional success. My client offers fantastic training, career progression and development opportunities. In exchange we are looking for Deputy Managers with a current PIN who have excellent clinical knowledge, an indepth understanding of CQC requirements and experience in a similar setting.
