Maintenance Engineer (In-House) - Luxury Members Club / Hotel - Oxford Street My client is a historic members club based behind Oxford Street, West End London. Due to a number of completed upgrade works, they are seeking an additional maintenance engineer to join a team of 4 other in-house technicians to look after the day to day running of the club/hotel areas. Job Specification: Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to throughout the buildings tenanted areas. Ensure strong communication to housekeeping, members and guests of residence Escort sub contract labour. Conduct all works within health & safety guidelines - risk assessment, permits etc. Have a good understanding of split ac systems, basic plumbing and handyman guest room maintenance. Salary & Package: £25,000.00 Per Annum Monday to Friday - 7 till 4 / 10 till 7 - Alternating weeks 25 Days Annual Leave Pension, Training and Career Progression into White Collar positions The Person: City & Guilds/NVQ in a trade related field Strong AC unit knowledge Demonstrate strong communication and people skills Able to write report and carry out quotes.
