Job - Repairs Planner Salary - 29534 Location - SE London My social housing client is looking for an experienced repairs planner to join a busy team for a 12 month fixed period. they are looking for someone who can join the repairs planning team. You will be in contact with tenants via telephone, e-mail and the Internet addressing them in a positive, friendly and professional way, adapting your approach and style to meet their needs as you will be looking to offer planned works in their homes. You will work closely with the project and operations manager, technical inspectors and operatives. Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment with a good understanding of office and administrative procedures.
