Technical Sales Manager – Cladding & Facade Systems Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – Cladding & Facade Systems Industry Sector: Cladding Systems, Cladding, Facades, Facades Systems, Rainwater Systems, Roofing System, Rainscreen Cladding, Rain screens, Building Envelope, Metal Roofing, Flat Roofing, Brickwork, Building Products, Specification Specifiers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Façade Engineers, Roofing, Installers, Roofing Contractors, Main Contractors Area to be covered: North West (ideally Manchester) Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000neg (depending on experience) £10,000 - £20,000 bonus Benefits: car allowance OR company car full benefits package The role of the Technical Sales Manager – Cladding & Facade Systems will involve: Technical field sales position selling a high quality comprehensive range of specialist cladding & facades systems The majority of your time will be spent generating specifications via architects, specifiers, façade engineers & quantity surveyors The remaining portion of your time will be spent managing those specifications and selling directly to roofing contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors Once up and running with be looking to turnover circa £2m Projects values can range from £100-£1m deepening on size and scope Majority of your time will be spent generating new specification projects, however you will have great internal support Will be required to conduct CPD seminars The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager – Cladding & Facade Systems experience with: · Must have proven track record and in depth knowledge of cladding systems, facades, building envelope systems, brickworks · Must have a demonstrable track record of specification selling through architects, specifiers, façade engineers & quantity surveyors OR roofing contractors, facade contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors · Must have able to conduct CPD seminars · Must understand building envelope / cladding / facades terminology · Ideally be proficient in using AutoCAD · Ideally have contracts in the industry · Have knowledge of the craftsmanship involved in designing bespoke cladding / facade systems · Looking to develop your career and this territory · Strategic, customer orientated, detailed Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, Construction field sales vacancies and Specification field sales positions within: Cladding Systems, Cladding, Facades, Facades Systems, Rainwater Systems, Roofing System, Rainscreen Cladding, Rain screens, Building Envelope, Metal Roofing, Flat Roofing, Brickwork, Building Products, Specification Specifiers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Façade Engineers, Roofing, Installers, Roofing Contractors, Main Contractors This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89780761
