Overview
A Chartered Structural Engineer at a senior level is sought to join this structural consultancy at their offices based in South West London. The practice is well established and expanding due to its continually increasing workload. The firm works mainly in the high end residential sector, both new build and refurbishment, often bespoke projects involving basement design and multi-storey schemes. Other projects include commercial schemes such as schools and religious buildings. Projects normally range from £250,000 up to £20m. This is an exciting time for a firm in its growth phase, and this position is for a candidate to play a key role in the development of the business. You must be a Chartered engineer with experience of working on a variety of buildings schemes and be technically excellent from a design point of view. Your role will include leading projects and design teams. Your duties will include hands on design and also involvement in the financial side of things such as invoicing and pricing and managing projects from inception to completion.
