International Payroll & Benefits Manager £90k to £110k Bonus & Excellent Benefits - Central London A dynamic and growing Investment Firm based in Central London seek and experienced International Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their progressive firm in a sole capacity. Reporting directly into the HR Director this role will have full ownership of the UK and 12 Global/EMEA payrolls along with full benefits responsibilities: Renewals, negotiations, benchmarking and looking into wellness offerings. The role: Working within the London HR Team this role has full ownership of the UK and 12 Global/EMEA Payrolls along with full benefits for the UK and International employee headcount including: negotiations, renewals and going out to market relating to benchmarking This is a sole role so you will be fully responsible for all payroll and benefits duties and must be looking for a hands on role and be the type of individual that will roll their sleeves up on a daily basis and run, drive and own this offering Strong Pensions experience and exposure: Being the first point of contact for all questions and queries You will have full Vendor Management responsibilities and make sure that the service received is in line with terms of business that have been signed You will have full 3rd Party Benefits responsibilities and look to negotiate and better the current offerings when they are up for renewal Close liaison with Tax Advisors Payroll Accounting: Reconciliations, GL and Journals Benefits/Compensation "Bench Marking" looking at what competitors are offering and making sure that the business are competitive in all areas Covering "Risk" by putting in place frameworks and controls Look at streamlining current procedures and implementing "Change" Close liaison with HR and the Finance Team daily/weekly Year End data: P60s and P11Ds PAYE Settlement Agreements to HMRC Attend monthly, quarterly and yearly meetings: Having a "Seat at the table" Manage annual Salary Benchmarking exercise Must haves: Excellent Payroll, Benefits & Compensation knowledge across the UK, EMEA & Global arena Genuine interest in the evolution of Payroll A roll your sleeves up attitude as this is a sole role Strong knowledge of ADP and Excel - Vendor management High levels of attention to detail Strong communication skill set internal/external Have the ability to stand your ground and push back to Senior Stakeholders Pride yourself on being a true subject matter expert Want to run, drive and own an offering of this type outright Be a strong Business Partner at all levels Be confident and investigate matter where necessary Team player Go the extra mile and be flexible
