Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Build out and coordinate a calendar of EMEA focused content, campaigns, events, and other programs to deliver predictable lead generation and progression through funnel stages toward close Work collaboratively with sales leaders to develop account-based marketing programs Grow and maintain relationships with the EMEA sales team, acting as their primary touchpoint in marketing Partner with the corporate demand generation team to coordinate digital lead generation efforts targeted at EMEA including content syndication, webinars, and email campaigns Team with partner marketing to help facilitate channel and technology partner programs and events in EMEA Manage the EMEA marketing budget, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI Over time, build a high-performing EMEA marketing team comprised of both direct and virtual team members 10 years of marketing experience, including 5 years in progressively senior leadership roles in high-growth technology companies, cybersecurity experience preferred. Strong ability to define local marketing strategy while also driving exceptional execution. Experience across marketing disciplines in EMEA, particularly demand generation, and field events and tradeshows. Proven track record of hiring, mentoring and retaining marketing talent. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have an immediate impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Creative, flexible, hands-on marketing leader that’s comfortable rolling up sleeves and doing whatever is necessary to get the job done even in the face of time, budget, and resource constraints. Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively cross-functionally. Strong budget management and marketing measurement skills. Multiple language speaker a plus.
