Clinical Director - Veterinary Southampton Salary £60,000 - £80,000 (Negotiable, Depending on Experience) Full time Remit Compass Associates have an exciting opportunity within a national Veterinary provider for an experienced Vet Surgeon to take on the role of Clinical Director within our clients Centre based in Southampton. The Clinical Director will be a key part of the leadership team, reporting to the Veterinary Director and working alongside the Centre Director to deliver the companies Clinical, Customer, Commercial and Cultural ambitions. The Candidate The role would suit someone with experience in leading a team and is highly knowledgeable in all areas of veterinary medicine and procedures. We're seeking passionate and confident individuals who would thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and keen to develop their career within clinical management. Criteria RCVS Registered Vet Experience of Audit and Clinical Leadership Benefits: Competetive salary up to £80,000 (negotiable, depending on experience). 25 days annual leave bank holidays. Pension Private Medical Insurance Study Leave and Paid CPD. VDS Fees Paid Location: Southampton based, with regular off-site leadership meetings and may involve some home visits in the surrounding areas of Southampton and Hampshire.
