Staff Nurse – Stroke Rehab & Medical Ward £30,000-£35,000 plus Private Health Cover, Pension Scheme, CPD, High Street Discount and More London Full Time Remit Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading Private Hospital who are located just a short tube journey from Central London. This Hospital prides themselves on delivering the best level of care to their patients, offering a full range of services including Cosmetics, ENT, Endoscopy, Private GP, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmics, Imaging, Neurology, Paediatrics and Physiotherapy. At present, our client is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join one of their Stroke Rehabilitation and Medical Ward. This is a 10 bedded ward, providing care for medical patients and patients requiring stoke rehabilitation. The Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Registered Nurse who provides the highest quality of care to all patients. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of individualised patient care, reporting to the Senior Nurse and Ward Manager. Our client can deliver excellent training and development opportunities, so are looking for passionate nurses who are eager learn. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hour per week. The successful candidate will work majority long days, with 2-3 night shifts per month based on their internal rotation. In order to be successful with your application, you will need a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience and demonstrate experience within a similar acute environment. You will need to be a qualified RGN and registered with the NMC, as well as being eligible to work within the UK. Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory DBS checks. Role Requirements - Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualified - NMC registration - 1 year post-registration experience - Previous experience within an acute setting - Excellent clinical skills - Polite and professional - Patient focused - Excellent communication skills Summary My client is seeking a driven and motivated Staff Nurse to join their Stroke Rehab and Medical Ward.
