Overview
My banking client is looking for a M&A Compliance Lawyer on a 6 month contract. This Lawyer will provide day-to-day Compliance advisory services to the Private-Side Corporate Finance/M&A teams. Provide compliance coverage of M&A and investor advisory transactions across certain geographies Assist in meeting conduct and regulatory obligations Participate in Transaction specific committees Provide SME knowledge in relation to the UK takeover code SKILLS Experience from a Tier 1 Law firm or within a private side investment Bank Sound knowledge and understanding in relation to the UK Takeover Code, UK Listing Rules and Transparency rules Eames Consulting is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
