Overview
My client is a leading Private Healthcare Company providing a range of Healthcare services both UK wide and internationally. Currently they have some excellent opportunities for experienced Mental Health Nurses to play a key role within their Case Management team. As a Case Manager this rewarding position involves working a varied caseload of patients and overseeing and evaluating the mental health treatment and support they have been receiving and making referrals and recommendations for alternative or additional care plans when required. In addition, the role will require an adaptable approach as some patients will be suffering from various mental health conditions. This will importantly require support and understanding to these patients so naturally excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates should ideally be a fully qualified Mental Health Nurse with several years post registration experience coupled with excellent communication skills. The role would suit Mental Health Nurses who are looking for a new challenge and a change into the private sector and also a move away from working shifts on the ward to a more regular working pattern.
