A major international food producer are now looking for an In House Paralegal to join them in their London offices. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded In House Paralegal to join a globally acclaimed food brand at a time of unprecedented growth. Distributing across five continents, this role will suit someone looking to gain further litigation experience at a company with a strong international focus. As an In House Paralegal you will be working predominantly on an individual basis with external counsel on hand to provide guidance on Litigation matters. The company regularly represent high-profile international clients on high value commercial Litigation cases, giving the right candidate significant exposure to high-profile global disputes. Key responsibilities of the In House Paralegal: Managing a range of low and high value commercial Litigation cases Managing own caseload Working with external counsel for guidance on Litigation matters Establishing/incorporating companies Drafting loan agreements Issuing shareholder certificates Reviewing supplier agreements The successful In House Paralegal will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and relish the responsibility of handling several cases simultaneously. Previous litigation experience is essential for this role and successful candidates will be accustomed to managing their own caseload.
