Overview
A dynamic City practice is expanding and would like to recruit an additional experienced solicitor to support a busy corporate team ranked as a leading firm in both the Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories. The practice is international in scope and focuses on working with clients in the technology, fintech, professional services, natural resources, travel, property and creative industries. This is an interesting role working with a number of partners in the highly-rated corporate team who regularly advise on a wide range of corporate transactional and strategic advisory matters. You'll ideally be someone who is adaptable and who enjoys a carried client base which ranges from entrepreneurs and start-ups to institutional investors, financial advisers and large private and publicly listed companies. There is a lot of scope to develop your career by getting involved and being supported in business development initiatives with a view to building deep relationships with clients and other industry participants, as well your interest and knowledge in one or more of our chosen industry sectors.
