The Job: Working as an Administrator to support the MD working alongside a small but growing team. This is an extremely varied role with full administrative responsibility, customer service and client liaison. Day to day you will get involved in the following; Key Responsibilities: Full administration support and business processing Implement, operate and maintain effective systems, processes and procedures Oversee and manage the submission of all client applications Writing client reports and letters (using templates) To support the client in tracking compliance Organising meetings and events as well as attending Client liaison both face to face and over the telephone The person: Must have previous administrative support experience The ability to think outside the box to support the team Experience setting up and maintaining systems and procedures Comfortable with face to face and telephone client interaction Well presented, professional and committed The Benefits; 28 days holiday including bank holidays, pension, lovely working environment The hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm The location: Chipping Sodbury, Bristol The Salary: £18,000 Bonus Benefits
