-Location: London -Salary: Basic full expenses -Mon-Fri/37.5 hours per week Exciting opportunity to work on a new programme aimed at supporting Mental Health needs within the workplace. If you have a passion to positively impact an individual' mental health needs, we'd love to hear from you. OVERVIEW: Working for a leading training and development organisation, you will directly support participants and employers benefit from specialised mental health support across London. YOU WILL: - Provide mental health support to employees/employers - Conduct initial mental health assessments - Developing mental health support plans - Improve & monitor participants mental health ABOUT YOU: Registered health professional in either: - Psychologist (HCPC) - Occupational Therapist (HCPC) - Counsellor/therapist registered & nearing accreditation (BACP) - Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP) - Mental Health Nurse (NMC) - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to deliver - Car driver, flexible with travel In return our client offers a market leading benefits package - including 25 days holiday bank holidays, Annual leave purchase scheme, Competitive pension, Health cover, 24-hour Employee Assistance line, Travel loans, Cycle to work scheme, Flexible working opportunities.
