Overview
Supplier Quality Improvement Engineer £38-41ph Ltd/PAYE 12 month contract Daventry/Huddersfield Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a prestigious engineering organisation to find a Supplier Quality engineer to join their Daventry or Huddersfield facilities on 12 month contract, where you will be spearheading supplier improvement for the company's Distribution Business Unit This role will require some travel within the British Isles primarily and you will generally assistin the selection, development, management, and assurance of defect-free performance of the Distribution Business' supplier base with the objective of overall quality improvement. Key responsiblites include: Participating in supplier evaluation, selection, and strategic sourcing of process development. Assisting in the supplier corrective action process including containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action. Review the supplier quality resources for new product introduction and current products to reduce supplier related issues, improve process capabilities, and ensure timely project launches The successful candidate here will possess: PPAP approval experience - AIAG exposure.
