CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER/CFO EAST MIDLANDS £100-150,000 plus Benefits RattrayParkin are exclusively recruiting a CFO role for a rapidly expanding and extremely high profile business based in the East Midlands. Our client operates on a truly international platform and possesses an enviable client base. The role of CFO is multi-faceted with responsibilities ranging from financial stewardship and team management to external stakeholder relationship management and being a critical member of the board, working as business partner to the CEO, driving the business through further expansion and success. In order to be considered for this role you must have experience of working within fast-paced and dynamic organisations where decisions need to be made quickly. You must possess strong influencing and communication skills. Prior experience of working within Private Equity/ Investor backed businesses would be advantageous.
