Overview

Division of a leading employer seek a hands on Financial Controller Your new company Division of an international group seek to appoint a Financial Controller with strong hands on technical skills. The role oversees the local finance function and requires a candidate with excellent leadership skills. Your new role You will play a key role in leading the financial controls and governance agenda for the local finance function with full ownership for financial accounting and reporting. You will own the overall month end process, oversee working capital in addition to leading the periodic forecasting process. Furthermore you and your team will oversee the production of the statutory reports, payroll, AP and AR. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting. Exposure to working within a smaller practice or commercial organisation/division is sought after in order to get into the finer detail of the day to day transactions (all be it, they are managed by the local team). You will bring strong leadership qualities, eye for detail and the ambition to work amongst other high performers.
