Interim Snr Financial Controller - Construction Inside IR35

Interim Senior Financial Controller -Mulit-Site (Middlesex, Basingstoke) £450-£600 per day (Inside IR35) The company Great company with an impressive reputation in their field who require an Interim Senior Financial Controller to join them and work with the business ensuring the financial integrity of the business. This role requires someone immediately available from a property development, construction background and ACA qualified. The role Maintain forecasts for all sites Full accountability for day to day and month end reporting. Reconciliations Ensuring that Balance Sheet reviews and other appropriate financial controls are performed Preparation of sales and marketing spend forecasts Prepare and present monthly trading accounts / forecasts along with half-year and full-year statutory reporting packs. Preparation of the financial papers for the monthly Board Pack Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory reporting Day to day management of the finance team What you'll need to be successful To be considered for this role you will need to be and ACA Qualified Accountant with previous experience of working within property development / construction company.You will be highly IT literate. You will have good communication skills. Adherence to deadlines, and the ability to work under the pressure of month end and year end deadlines. Excellent problem solving and investigative approach to Financial Management. Experience of Group reporting, current and up to date experience with IFRS.
