Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well-known global business in Basingstoke who are looking to recruit a Financial Assistant on a 4-month temporary basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for: • Intercompany Accounting • Maintain financial controls in line with existing policies and implement new procedures and when needed • Balance sheet reconciliations • Cash flow forecast - Updating cash flow forecast for actual revenue received and expenditure incurred. • Monthly Journals - support stakeholders as required with this • Month end reporting • Assist with monthly management accounts including preparation of month end journals including prepayments and accruals. • Statistical Reporting • Complete any other ad-hoc tasks as directed. The company deals with high volumes of transactional work; therefore, you must be able to process large volumes accurately and efficiently. You will be inquisitive and analytically minded with communication skills being key.
