WAKING NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER HOLBEACH, LINCOLNSHIRE £8.30 PER HOUR FULL TIME / PERMANENT Ivy Recruitment is currently seeking Waking Night Support Workers in Holbeach. The service is a supported living service for male adults aged 17 with autism spectrum conditions, moderate and severe learning difficulties and epilepsy. The service has been completely refurbished to provide 6 self-contained flats within a large building which has allowed for additional communal areas as well. All the flats have been finished to a high standard and the focus of the service is to encourage and develop individual skills. As a Waking Night Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible – helping with personal care. About you Flexibility is needed as the person will need to be able to work on a rota which covers 7 days per week, the shift timings are 22:00 to 08:00. Drivers preferred but not necessary.
