Staff Nurse - Surgical Ward £30,000-£36,000 Private Health Insurance, Pension & More North London Full Time The Client Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting for a valued client who are in search for a Staff Nurse to join their mixed Surgical Ward. Located in North London, this leading Private Hospital offers a full range of services including Orthopaedics, Cosmetics, ENT, Endoscopy, Gastro, General, Gynae, Max Fax and Urology. The Role This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is seeking a new challenge within a mixed Surgical Ward. You will be a part of a close-knit team and will be fully supported by the Ward Sister and Ward Manager in order to learn, grow and develop your skills. This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hour weeks, which will be worked majority long days, with on average 3-4 nights per month and the occasional weekend to fit in with their internal rotation. In order to be successful with this opportunity, you must be a qualified nurse and be registered with the NMC. If you have a minimum of one year's post-registration experience, preferably working in an acute setting, then this could be the ideal for role for you. Requirements - RGN qualification - NMC Registration - 1 years post qualification experience - Previous experience working in an acute setting - Passion for high quality patient care - Excellent communication skills Summary My client is seeking a passionate and experienced Staff Nurse to join their growing team.
