Overview

Do you have ticketing experience? Our client is a successful and fast-growing travel company based in West London and they are seeking a Ticketing & Admin Executive to join their busy call centre. The Job: Ticketing / reissuing / refunding GDS bookings VSQ - queue management and process of actioning schedule changes through to customer advisory Flight Delays - oversee daily flight departures / arrivals. Run flight manifests where necessary and keep business updated Product advisements - advising passengers of renovations / change of schedules from suppliers etc Handling aircraft changes / seat downgrades Despatching travel documents Handling all post sale customer queries from the Admin / ticketing mailbox Daily Reports - Run and action APD, SSR and Option Plus General office upkeep Provide support to other business functions as required Experience/Skills Required: Proven Galileo or Amadeus experience is essential (at least 1-year current ticketing experience with Galileo or 2 years with another airline reservation system (Sabre or Amadeus) Prior experience issuing tickets and reissuing tickets on scheduled airlines A strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond Excellent attention to detail Problem solver Organised, Flexible & punctual Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Thrive working within a fast-paced environment Self-motivated High process driven The Package: My client is offering a competitive salary package from £25,000.
