Overview

Investigo are supporting a Logistics business in Slough with the recruitment for a part qualified Management Accountant. Responsibilities will be . Day to day accounting Review of monthly transactions, reconciliations, manage accounting Control of ledger and GL account opening Produce and maintain process documentation. Upload into Hyperion for the Group entities and providing cover for the wider team. Ensure all UK entities report to deadlines and liaise with relevant accounting personnel. Review the data uploaded and compare with prior months and Plans, and raise queries with the subsidiaries as necessary. Data complete and sense check the data. Prepare and capture additional schedules into Hyperion for UK Group including inter company transactions and balances, tax schedules Capture and review the annual strategic plan and the quarterly plan updates for UK Group Assist with reconciliations for wider group Preparation of the draft annual statutory accounts. Support with the preparation of financial statements. Support the audit process and liaise with auditors on queries. Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of the monthly consolidated management report for the Group. Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of the Board papers/slides for quarterly UK board/Audit Committee meetings Maintain and update UK cash-flow status on a continual basis Assist with other accounting/administrative issues as required for UK. Assist with annual tax submissions, including preparation of supporting schedules Supervision of one team member. Provide cover for the Financial Accountant - Corporate and where necessary the wider team. Any other additional duties as requested as part of the role. You must be Part Qualified Experience of Hyperion is desired Industry experience is required
