Your new company You will be working for a large national charity who really put people at the centre of everything they do. Your new role Working as a true generalist HR Officer, you will be supporting the Midlands region, guiding line managers and supporting employees. With a ER focus to the role, you will be assisting line managers with any disciplinary, grievance and performance issues. Alongside this you will support on talent management, learning and development and staff engagement. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for an experienced HR generalist, who has a real passion for employee relations. As this is a regional role you will need to drive and have access to a vehicle. This is a 5 month fixed term contract, so candidates should be free on short notice.
